This is a set of 9 of antique Victorian or Edwardian era high button shoe buttons, gaiter buttons or glove buttons in red with painted metal shanks dating 1880-1910.

Each button is 1/2 inch in diameter. All of the buttons have totally painted tops and shanks.

The antique high button shoe, glove or gaiter buttons are in very good used antique condition, with one having a couple of paint chips as shown in the photo.

The buttons are great for sewing, eyes, clothes, costumes and embellishments for all sorts of crafts, or your Victorian or button collection. Wonderful grouped in a bowl.
